Amazing store out there @Pgamers ! And amazing products too.  Do you know the best thing about your store? It's the product video that's there on the homepage! Here's what I'd like to suggest - 

1. Come up with more product videos like these and start running ads taking those videos as a showcase or ad copy! 

2. We don't see a blog section. Why so? By adding a blog section you can communicate about your products and brand in a better way! 

3. You can add more CTAs in your store. It's like, as soon as customers open your store, they can get a spin-wheel option where they get an assured discounted coupon! 

4. Instead of having the pink color of the menu, try and come up with a full black and white theme, it's going to catchy and classy at the same time! 

5. It's great that you've come up with your store. Now is the time for you to do the strategical part - decide sales funnel, promotion strategy and consider marketplaces where you're going to sell!

Wow, it's an amazing website!

In this pandemic, I think your products are super suitable now! 

However, you can try to add some parts like:

- Product Galleries

- Popup 

- Live chat support if you can 

If you want to show how products look like in real life, a gallery can be a suitable choice. You can check the app called Shoppable Instagram Gallery. I'm using it and it's very affordable. It will help you connect your Instagram to your Shopify store to create an Instagram gallery.

I agree with the other posters here to fix some of those issues. But right now we can only point out things we see.

There's a lot of the process we can't see.

My advice is to start tracking your data and then make the changes and see if it impacts your metrics. You need to look at it from different perspectives not just conversion rate, but bounce rate, time on page, cart abandonment rate, and product detail view rate at the minimum to understand what can be improved. We also do video replays, so you will be able to collect replay videos of your customers, journey through your website to know who, why, where your customers are dropping off. Time to stop doing guess work.

  1. Clear CTAs - help to show what to do next. Hero banner on your homepage is a key to make a connection with every visitor. You should clearly communicate what your website is about.
  2. Branding - clearly show your company branding. Logo, brand colors, brand fonts - should be the same across websites, emails, and social profiles. A key part of building your brand is making it recognizable. 
  3. Social proof - an incredibly powerful sales and lead generation tool. 
  4. Engaging images - you need them on your homepage to give visitors a sense of what your business is about. Images help you to tell a story and show visitors what they can gain from your product. For a product website think about how images can convey the value of your product and help your visitors to achieve their goals.
  5. If your website doesn’t have a blog already, make creating one a priority. But if you have a blog, it gives people a reason to keep coming back. Blogs also help improve your SEO because you’re constantly adding new content to your page.
  6. I have also found that there are only a few products in your store, try adding more products so that your customers will have a lot of options to select from.
  7. Try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
  8. Homepage designs guides your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design.  Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided.

  9. When it comes to single-item stores it might be challenging driving traffic and have sales because the market for that product might not be too big. That is why I advise to work in partnership with other companies that sell complementary products or services.
  10. 90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well. 

  11. Social media has become a huge thing nowadays. I highly recommend taking advantage of that and adding Instagram galleries on your homepage. It will help drive traffic from your site on to your account and vice versa. 

  12. Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer
  13. Use a referral program that will encourage your existing customers to share your products with their friends by giving discounts if the latter have purchased something from your store. With referral programs it is important to carefully set up so that you are not giving huge discounts and not getting anything back.
