There's something wrong with that link you've posted, I'm not able to click it. I'm not able to deduce entirely why, potentially some issue involving http:// instead of https:// but I don't see how.
As for the site itself, I'd personally drop the animated images to decrease loading times, resource footprints, and decrease distractions from the interface - but it all loaded near-instant here. I didn't spend much time clicking about the shop, I don't think a sports bra will suit me, but it all seemed appropriate.
Personally I'd also be losing the white background. You appear to have a purple/lavender theme going on with regards to buttons, highlights etc - combined with the black text; a light grey, some light pastel shade of purple or green would provide decent contrast whilst minimising gamma.

Sticky navigation bar will allow visitors to move around the site quicker. Moreover, some studies also found that a sticky navigation bar can boost the conversion rate.
1.2.2. The hero banner should reflect what you are selling
At first glance, I was not aware of what the website’s selling until I read the text. it’s recommended that a homepage should tell visitors what it sells within 5 seconds. Therefore, I think the banner should reflect the products you are selling.
1.2.3. Add Call-to-action button to the product list and list items
In the product list displayed on your homepage, I think it will be better if you put a button to encourage visitors to discover the list more. Similarly, in each list item, you could put “view details” and “buy” buttons, so that visitors will be more likely to take action on this page.
1.2.4. Remove the redundant section
I think this section is not necessary to be placed in your homepage and it doesn’t link to any page also. Therefore, I think it should be removed so as not to make your page too long when scrolling down.
1.2.5. You could add your social feed
I can see in the footer that you have an Instagram account, therefore, I think that it would be better if you can put the Instagram feed on your Homepage. There are many benefits of including a social feed in a website, such as increasing time spent on site, building engagement and reach on social media channels, and increasing sales with social proof.

When using pagination, products are separated into different pages. With “Load more”, users won’t need to click back or find the page that contains the product that they want to see. Moreover, some studies also proved that “Load more” is the loading scheme that works best across desktop and mobile devices.
2.2.2. Use swatches to indicate color variations of products
I can see that your products are available in various colors. However, you are not showing them in the listing items, which is not really recommended. When browsing your collection, visitors could not be aware of other color options for a product and therefore, they may not find a suitable item and abandon the site because a significant proportion of the product range will be simply overlooked.

Because some users cannot easily determine all the color variations a product comes in, therefore, you should use swatches to display and select color variations (not drop-downs) and ensure the main product image changes to the selected color.
3.2.2. Style the product price to be more visible
The product price is one of the most important criteria for users when they’re evaluating a product. Therefore, I recommend you make it more stand out. To do that, you can use a large font size, bold text or use eye-catching color.
3.2.3. Provide a list of recently viewed items
Visitors sometimes want to return to previously viewed items for a variety of reasons, so it will be difficult if the user has to rely on the native browser “Back” button or literally refind the product by navigating categories or submitting a search query. Therefore, I recommend you add a list of recently viewed items for a better experience.

Your logo is one of those things that holds a lot of weight in how professional or unprofessional your store looks. Once your logo is finished, you can match the fonts and colors in your store to your logo. This is going to level up your store even more and make you look very professional.
That main banner area is prime real estate for selling. One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? Or what is it that they desire that you provide? Use words or phrases that they do to show that you understand their needs. We recommend using this type of text in your banner. For the format, we recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product, a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:
The other thing I would say about your homepage banner is there are video's out there (for free) that would be more aligned with fitness. I'd recommend checking out https://www.pexels.com/ for free stock video (and photos) to use.
This is something we see very commonly on the forums. People tend to start shops selling things like jewelry, clothing, tech and etc. The problem with this is that these types of items can already be purchased offline in hundreds of retail stores as well as online through thousands and thousands of online stores. When a person is searching for a pair of leggings or gym shorts in Google, these big companies with massive marketing budgets are who is showing up in search results and who you are competing with for customers.
Now, a person can complete IF they give people a reason to purchase from them vs. the other guys. An example of this might be someone who sells locally, their "reason" as to why you should purchase from them vs the other guy is because they are local and a lot of people are passionate about shopping local. In addition to this, they can also get products to their customers faster and can offer incentives such as free local delivery.
I would think about all your "whys" and what sets you apart and use that in your marketing and in the text in your store.
If you cannot find a way to set yourself apart in the market, it is time to move on to a different product. What we recommend is selling winning products. A winning product choice should have these qualities:

You need to add in an estimated shipping time at checkout. For some people, shipping time can be a deal breaker so they won’t proceed with their purchase without that information.
If you are concerned that displaying longer shipping times will turn people off, what I would say is long-term, you want happy customers so it's better to say up front, "hey, this could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive" rather than not giving a shipping time and then getting an email 2 weeks later from an unhappy customer wondering where their package is.
