Feedback for your online store from the community
Looking for any and all feedback. I have spent a bit of time updating my site and get quite a few add to carts and reached checkout per day but converting them seems to be impossible. Babiesandbeyond.co
My target audience is parents. I sell baby, toddler, and kids clothing. I don't really have any specific concerns, I just don't understand why so few people are converting.

Hey @BPayne.
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to explore! Looking into your store, I noticed that you are using the announcement bar to inform your customers about a free shipping offer on all orders. That is a great way to get your customers browsing! What do you think about including a discount code in the announcement to create a buyer incentive?
You have beautiful products available on your store! You could add a slideshow section to the homepage as the first section displayed. As this can strengthen your brand and showcase your products to your visitors as soon as they arrive to your online store. For example, you could include your best seller or favorite product in the slides.
Let me know what you think.

Hello @BPayne,
I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
I've taken a look at your store. You have a well-organized store. I have a few tips that may help.
1. Add sections like 'New Arrivals', 'Featured Collection', 'Hot Sellers' to help keep customers updated on new products and give exposure to new collections.
2. Add Buy Now button on the product pages which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.
3. Showing your average rating gives your shoppers quick information to make purchase decisions. Average ratings provide you with feedback on popular and unpopular products that you can use to make changes.
4. Use Shopify's abandoned cart recovery feature or third-party apps to automatically send reminder emails to customers who have added products to their carts but didn't complete the purchase. These emails can help re-engage potential customers and encourage them to return and complete the checkout process.
5. Consider running targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential customers who have shown interest in your products. Utilize tools like email marketing, social media advertising, or retargeting ads to remind customers about the products they showed interest in.
Improving conversion rates is an ongoing process, and it may take time and experimentation to find the right strategies that work for your specific store. Continuously monitor and adjust your approach based on customer feedback and data analysis to optimize your conversion rates over time.
Hope this helps
Gina
