How can I improve conversions for my online store?

Hi everyone!

I recently made the decision to diversify my sales channels and open a store on Shopify. The store is up and running and has been for about 2 weeks now and I'm constantly growing it. I am driving traffic from our Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest profiles. So far I have an average of 50 visits per day however no conversions, and given the conversion statistics of my products something should already be happening.
The products are already verified because I have been successfully selling them for 2 years on Etsy, so I believe the problem lies elsewhere.
Therefore, I am asking you to review my store and suggest what I can do better.

To improve your store's conversion rate, I recommend:

  1. You need to enhance the design of your website, this will also improve UX.
  2. Improve your products descriptions including high quality photos.
  3. Build trust with testimonials and reviews from customers.
  4. Optimize your store for search engines using specific keywords.

Therefore, you can add the “number of variants” in the product information and / or have one line to describe the type of products to help customers quickly sort and identify the type of products they are interested in.

4. Add user ratings and number ratings

Testimonials or ratings always play an important role in building trust with your customers. I bet that your customers will be more trusted when seeing this and no more hesitation to click buy one.

5. Simplify secondary hover images to focus solely on the product

Secondary hover images are often used to provide additional details about a product. To make the most of this feature, it is recommended to use images that solely focus on the product itself, with a white background and minimal distractions.
