How can I improve my online gift store?

Hello all. I have made changes to my gift store and would value feedback from any Shopify members. https://click-a-gift.com I have a couple more tweaks to do with products and will be selling in the U.K. only for now. Thanks in advance.

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL! Looking into your store, I noticed that you are using the announcement bar to inform your visitors of the shipping offers. What do you think about including a discount code? This is a great way to create a buyer incentive and get your visitors browsing through the available collections. 
 
You could potentially add more social media links to the footer of the store. This can provide your customers with an extra sense of security about their purchase knowing that they can reach out to you on other platforms. I took a screenshot of the section on the footer that I am referring to:

Additionally, you can add Product Reviews to your product pages to allow your customers to share their experience. When visitors see that others have shared their experience with their purchase, this can encourage them to do the same.

It is great to hear that you are encouraging your customers to take photos of the products they purchase!

 

I compiled a list of applications that can assist you with displaying your Product Reviews to your online store here. With that being said, you can still add the application to your online store even if you have not yet launched your store or made it available. If you have no product reviews to display on the product pages - the application should encourage visitors to be the first to write a review (depending on which application you choose to use). 
 
 I added a couple recommendations that can assist you with adding product reviews to your store:

Overall, I really like the look and feel of this online shop.  However, I did notice a couple of areas that could use a little improvement. Firstly, the product catalog could be organized a bit better for easier navigation - adding product categories to the filter i.e.  It would also be great to see links to more social media channels to stay updated with your latest offerings and promotions.

Additionally, when it comes to the 'About Us' page, it could be made more interactive and engaging. Adding some photos, sharing the history of your company, or introducing the members of your team could help customers connect with your brand on a deeper level. Looking forward to seeing these enhancements!

Hi Ollie,

thank you for taking time to respond. Because my store is not open yet how can I add reviews? They are important true. The social media I had reservations about having heard stories where disgruntled customers can damage your brand or put negative comments on any promotions. Discount codes a great idea though. I have also encouraged customers to take photos of products they buy. I appreciate your feedback.
