Hello @Leewayglobal

I hope you are doing well and staying safe. There are a few suggestions i would like to make about your store.

  •  Make sure your brand has a favicon, which is a visual icon that helps customers to find  you  when they have multiple tabs open. It represents your brand visually and helps boost your online branding as well as trust from potential consumers
  • A properly designed and built hero banner can help drive the right kind of customers on your website. Consider a strong message that represents what next step you want your site visitor to do based on their needs along with the CTA button on the banner.
  • Growing your business with a business blog is a great way to market your site. Now that you have some traffic coming to your site through your blog, you have an opportunity to convert that website traffic into leads.
  • Expand your social media promotions and attach those social links to the icons on footer menu. Make sure that social links open on new tab
  • Update contact us page with adding more details, as it builds trust on your store.
  • You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store which provides seamless integration between Shopify-Etsy shop. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more, If you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

        Thanks,

Hi @Leewayglobal , Garcia from the landing page builder app PageFly here! Regarding your new store, congratulations! Although I think it looks fantastic, I have some suggestions that might help you increase your conversion rate (CRO).

1. Utilize a favicon to boost brand recognition

A favicon, short for "favorite icon," is a small icon or image that appears in the browser's address bar, next to the website's name in the bookmarks/favorites list, and in browser tabs when a website is open.

When users have multiple tabs open, a distinct favicon makes your website stand out, fostering trust and recognition, which are vital for increasing conversions. Integrate a favicon by featuring your brand's logo.

2. Edit the Feature Products section

As you can see, all products on your Feature Products section are not having the same height now. It’s showing in different places on your website.

Revise the "Featured Products" section to ensure uniform product heights, creating a consistent appearance and improving the overall presentation of your store. This adjustment not only enhances the visual appeal but also brings several advantages and benefits to your online business.

3. Adding more sections to your homepage

Adding more sections to your homepage can enhance its functionality and provide additional benefits to both you and your website visitors.

For instance, consider incorporating the following:

  • Sharing your brand's story: Crafting a compelling brand narrative can foster trust and credibility. When customers gain insight into your journey and the principles you adhere to, they are more likely to place trust in your brand.
  • Displaying Reviews and Testimonials: Including feedback and testimonials from satisfied customers can further reinforce your brand's reputation and build confidence among potential buyers.

4. Emphasize the CTA button.

Currently, your CTA lacks any distinct style or effect.

Implementing a clear and attention-grabbing call to action can significantly decrease the chances of visitors leaving your website because of confusion or feeling overwhelmed. The more persuasive your CTAs are in encouraging clicks, the greater the number of leads, clients, and prospects you can expect to attract.

That's my point of view. Nevertheless, to identify the most effective approach for their particular audience and products, individuals should take into account established guidelines and carry out their own user testing. Giving priority to user experience is essential for achieving success in e-commerce.

Lastly, but not any less important, I wish you a Happy New Year! May your business shine as brightly as the magnificent lights you offer.

Best wishes,

Garcia | PageFly Team

Hi Leewayglobal,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App

When I looked at your store I noticed that you are selling big ticket brand-name items. The first and foremost is to establish trust with your customers when they enter the store. They might be wondering a few things: 1) Are these brands genuine? How can you prove that? 2) Why are they a good deal? Is there a price comparison? What is the reason for the deal? 3) Is this site trustworthy? How can I see that this site is not a scam?

I would suggest offering more details of who you are, why the deals are authentic, and why customers should choose you over buying at other brick-and-mortar stores.

Hope this helps!

Hey @Leewayglobal.

Thanks for reaching out.

Looking into your online store, I did notice that you are not using a favicon on your homepage. A favicon is a small image that displays on the browser tabs and can add a polished look to the website. The image on the browser tab is typically the logo or the first letter of the business/logo. I am sure if you take a look towards the top of your browser - you will see several of favicons. You can add a favicon to your online store homepage by following this step-by-step guide here

Add a Contact Us page on the online storefront to allow your potential customers and visitors easily reach out to the business if they have an inquiry over an email. This can provide your customers with an extra sense of security about making their purchase, knowing they can speak directly to the business about their concerns or questions.

You could add Product Reviews to your product pages to allow your customers to share their experience with others that view the store. This is a great way to give your customers a chance to share what they think about the product or collection. It is a great way to encourage customers to make a purchase and share their thoughts.
