How can I improve my online store's appearance and pricing?

i would like to get some reviews on my store and to get honest thoughts so i can really improve my shop... maybe prices, looks, products, etc.

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App. I have just had a look at your store. I have just some small things I'd suggest for your Homepage and Product page for a better chance of gaining sales. May it help!

 

Homepage

1. Make highlight CTA buttons

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store. With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

This button’s color is not so eye-catching, you can try another color for it.

 

2. Have an announcement bar

Basically, the announcement bar will announce the information about shipping and discount or any promotion campaign of a store. For example, a Countdown timer is a tip to encourage customers to make decisions quickly.

3. Adjust the product price and product title

  • Increase the product price and title visibility by using a large font size, bold text style, or eye-catching color. 
  • You can also align product title and product price by making them iin the same line:

4. Adjust the heading

To make the texts more readable, you should adjust the content to be shorter.

You can also use large font sizes, bold text styles, or bold colors to increase the heading visibility.

5. Add more content to Homepage

Showcase Instagram

As usual, social media is one of the effective ways to get more traffic and make a good connection with your customers. Display social media such as Instagram and constantly update the feed.

 

Add testimonial - customer reviews

  • Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
  • Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.

1. Add more content to this section

You can add the image and content for this default section by theme:

2. Adjust product price

Setting sale prices for products

When you put a product on sale for a lower price, you might want your customers to be able to see the original price, so they see the price comparison. The product listing updates on your online store to show that the item is on sale. It may help increase your conversion rate.

 

Make the price more visible

To make the price more attractive, you should increase its font size or color:

3. Include both User rating average and number of ratings for product

When you are getting feedback and rating from customers, you can take into consideration to add them. Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product in the first place can quickly build your credibility.

1. Header sections:

- It's great to see your header is sticky, it'd be better if your search tab also stick with the menu, so that people can easily search without scrolling up to approach it.

2. CTA buttons:

- Highlight your CTA button, it seems a little bit faded.

- Add CTA button under each of your products may lead to a better results.

3. Testimonials:

Add a reviews never be just to read, it's a crucial thing when people shopping online. Add testimonials will build trust to your brand and increase the chance of likelihood to purchase from your customers.

 

4. Un-labeled section:

Seems like this section is forgotten on the site, you can add more products or consider to remove it.

5. Products page:

- Make the price bigger to attract customers.

- The details informations can be adjusted to look better, separate it by material, colors, size, use for, etc. Don't make them all bold, it looks not pretty.

Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on the homepage layout design.

Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add a ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, Most popular collection, announcement bar, Today's deals, and offers, etc on the homepage to engage users.

Your store should be clear navigation. The store should have easy to access the shopping cart.

 

Add Blog: You know creating/adding blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, and social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.

Blogs build trust with your customers and improve shopify SEO ranking. Blogs can boost sales.

 

Trust Signals: Show off trust signals and customer testimonials to boost conversion. Customer testimonials and trust Signals build customers' trust and help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.

Improve SEO, links, usability, and performance score to increase conversion & sales (Your page could be better)

 

Check your store with the Page insight tool to get the score. because the low mobile score can kill the website traffic and lose revenue. optimizing a Shopify site for high page load speed is a major priority.

 

Compare your store with your competitors. Also, compare your product price with others. 

Google Search Console : 

Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then it's good to see, google is indexing and the user will reach you easily. Unless your store is completely invisible. 

If you are not using the Google Search Console yet, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.  

 

  • Find the Pages, Where You Lose the Most Customers. Convert More of the Shoppers Who Put Products in Their Carts. Check your store bounce rate.
  • Showcase How Popular Product Pages Are. Promote Offers With Push Notifications in the form of Popups or announcement bars. Optimize Your Product Pages. 
  • Look at the difference between your New Visitors and your Returning Visitors. For most Shopify stores, your returning visitors will have a much higher conversion rate than your new visitors.

Hey there @mordropsh23 I have not been able to access your store properly to have a look for whatever reason but here are a few general suggestions I have that you could possibly benefit from.

1) Ensure there are customer reviews on your homepage. These would help to entice customers further to give your products a try.

2) You should ensure that there are sections for the most sought after products as well as the newest ones on the homepage of the store. 
3) To entice customers even more and improve your current conversion rate, you should set incentives for customers in your store.
