How can I improve my online store's design and layout?

I have spent about a year figuring out the logo and layout and what to even sell and who to sell from I have no web design experience prior to this used YouTube tutorials and guts and family and friends to make this.

 

Please provide me.with your honest advice

This is only my opinion.

 

Background: Remove all gradient background. It does not look good. I'll try a white background and more minimalistic.

Borders: Also remove all borders, they look old.

Logo: I can't even read whats the name of your brand and also the image is not quite good. Try to make an svg logo so it is not a square image with the logo in it. I would redesign the logo and make the text a lot bigger and the small icon.

Header: header is taking too much vertical space, try to reduce it a lot

Communication: Try to communicate more about your brand, services and features. Use chat gpt to get ideas and transcribe them.
