Hi! THank you so much for your feedback! Could you elaborate some more for me, really appreciated!

- search button: is on left in header, but as you didnt find it, maybe better/more obv on the right and the languages on left?

- all collections: do you mean shop all?

- store policies: you mean T&A and privacy statement and such? These are in there! Oh mission statement, thats a very very good one thank you!

- newsletter section: should be there, it is in the banner that you can sign up (slide 3) and on every page just above the footer, could you maybe let me know if you found them, cause if not there is something not working right 😉

- Collection list is in my mega menu. Could you let me know what you are missing in the product descriptions? Much much appreciated!

Again, thank you so much, helps a lot!

Firstly, I can say that the top part of your website looks nice. However, here are some issues I noticed:

  • You need to work on a custom design for the footer section as it currently appears too weak.
  • The comment boxes on the homepage are not all the same size.
  • When hovering over products, the transitions are too quick. Typically, we use the transition property to slow this down.
  • The images on the product page look messy. It would be beneficial to tidy this up to match larger websites.
  • Some texts on the product page appear too small and faint.
  • I recommend moving credit card payment to the second position on the payment page.

There are many things that could be said, but these are the ones that caught my eye initially. You need to significantly improve the design, infrastructure, and features to an advanced level. Of course, if you want to be one step ahead of your competitors 🙂

Hey @Klipoorbellennl

This is Alex from Consentmo GDPR Compliance app,

Congrats on your store, it looks pretty good. Below you can find my recommendations on improving your site's performance:

1. It might be helpful to reorganize your product catalog to make it easier for shoppers to find what they need. I think it would be better to optimize the categories, this would definitely improve ethe user experience.

2. Make sure all product images are the same size and that font colors are easy to read against the background. It would give your store more professional outlook.

3. Testimonial section is another thing that you need to pay attention to. Making sure all testimonials look the same in terms of size and format will give your site a more polished feel.

4. Spend some time in improving the footer menu, that can make a big difference in navigation. Tidy it up to help customers find what they're looking for without any hassle.

5. The About Us page seems to be more of an FAQ section rather than a real introduction to your brand. I would recommend splitting it into two separate pages. One can be all about your team, mission, and goals, while the other stays focused on answering common questions. It'll give your customers a better understanding of who you are and what you stand for. Let me know if you need a hand with that!

6. Last but not least, integrate a compliance app. Protecting customer data is non-negotiable these days. That way you can be sure that you're meeting all the necessary regulations. It's all about building trust with your shoppers!

Hope that my feedback can be useful 🙂

Hi @Klipoorbellennl ,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Shopify Ticketing System App.

Congratulations on the opening of your store! It's truly impressive, and I can see the dedication you've poured into your store.

While it's already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for better customer experience, if you don't mind taking a look.

1. Home Page

  • I love the images in your hero section and the idea of representing them in a slideshow; it's a great way to showcase your products. However, having more prominent Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons could enhance customer attention. You might consider changing the color to make it more vivid. Take a look at this example:

  •  I recommend you should re-organize your product categories and present it in collection to make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for quickly. It also enhances customer experience and reduces frustration, leading to higher engagement. Consider this example below:

  • It's better to display both customer feedback and images on your homepage because positive testimonials can build trust and credibility among new visitors, increasing their confidence in purchasing.

  • One more suggestion you might consider is prominently displaying your Instagram account on your homepage. It makes it easier for visitors to discover and follow your brand on Instagram, helps grow your social media following, and expands your audience reach.

  •  I see your current footer section appears to be rather simplistic. I would strongly suggest considering a redesign to enhance its visual appeal and functionality. Take a look at this example below:

  • Last but not least, you might consider sharing your brand stories that are relatable, inspiring, and consistent in your homepage. It can help foster trust and build lasting relationships with your target audience.

2. Product Page

  •  Some products currently do not use swatches selection for color variation. You should pay attention to using swatches to display and select color variations (not drop-downs), ensure the main product image changes to the selected color, and consider providing a preview of the color swatch being hovered.

  • I recommend you should provide details of the product description, including hoop diameter, material, and usage instructions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions and understand the value proposition of your products. For instance:

3. About Us Section

  • Your current About Us Page seems more like a FAQ section rather than a description of your brand. I recommend you should focus more on your brand identity and enable some components such as your brand story, mission, vision, materials, and commitment.

4. Support

So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.

Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer.

If you want to find a FREE option for that, MooseDesk is a good choice. It's a customer service app/ticketing system that could help you do all the things I have suggested above.

If you want to give MooseDesk a try, feel free to do it and hit our 24/7 support so we can help you enhance UX experience.

So that's my review on your store.
