Hello @Vigilo,

Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $5Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

Can you drop your store URL?

I can suggest some general areas that you could consider improving to enhance your store's performance.

1. Mobile responsiveness
Make sure your store is optimized for mobile devices since a significant portion of shoppers use their phones to browse and buy products online. Check that your store's pages and content are easy to read and navigate on a smaller screen.

2. Website speed
Ensure that your store's pages load quickly to prevent potential customers from leaving due to slow loading times. You can optimize your website speed by compressing images, using a content delivery network, and minimizing the number of apps or widgets running on your site.

3. Product descriptions and images
Make sure your product descriptions are clear and detailed, highlighting the features and benefits of each item. High-quality images that showcase your products from multiple angles can also help increase sales.

4. Customer support
Offer excellent customer service and support to build trust and loyalty with your customers. Make sure your contact information is easy to find on your website and respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.

5. Search engine optimization (SEO)
Optimize your website for search engines to increase your store's visibility and attract more traffic. Use relevant keywords in your product descriptions, meta titles and descriptions, and blog posts.

6. Social media presence
Consider creating a social media presence for your store on platforms such as Instagram or Facebook. This can help you reach a wider audience and engage with potential customers.

Overall, continue to monitor and track your store's performance, using analytics and customer feedback to make improvements over time. Good luck with your store!

Gina

Hi, Vigilo, hope you are doing well. I'm assuming the store you are referring to is https://vigiloaccessories.com/, right? If so, I like what I see, but - being it a fashion accessories brand - i wonder: how are you showcasing how your products look in real life to your customers? I think it's something very important when selling premium accessories.

Hi @Vigilo

It's great that you're requesting and taking on feedback from others. I think your store (https://vigiloaccessories.com/) is looking pretty good, but there's one crucial issue I see at the heart of your brand that you need to address now for success.

You need a more unique selling point than "affordability and quality". I can see that you've used terms like "affordable" "premium" and "quality" regularly, presumably for SEO purposes, but these are common terms and not especially niche - there many many many stores trying to market themselves on the same basis.

So you want a Unique Selling Point, something that distinguishes you from your competitors. There's a fantastic book called "Zag" by Marty Neumeier that helps you outline your USP.

You want to be able to complete this sentence:

Our brand is the only ______________________ that ____________________.

For example, Nike's mission purpose might be: Our brand is the only sports line that treats customers like athletes.

If you cannot identify what it is that only your brand can do those others can't, it will make carving out space in the marketplace that bit harder.

Once you've got this clear in your head and you've laid it out on your About Us page, you then need to spread the word through a purposeful content strategy.

Beyond that, think about how you can encourage buyer trust, by doing things like adding your return and shipping policies to the store footer where everyone can see them and having well-considered product descriptions.
