HOW TO CENTER THE PRODUCTS ON HOMEPAGE ON BOUNDLESS THEME??

1. I need to know how to CENTER all the products on the page---They look really funny that they're all left aligned right now & the featured products are all alligned weird & differently. 

2. I also want to know how to limit the number of products being featured in the collection---instead of all 30 items, I just want like 8 or something small like that---how can I do that?
