I am sorry to hear you are looking to close your account - is there anything I can help you with to keep it open? If so please let me know.
We have instructions here on how to close your store here. You would need to login, go to Settings > Plans and Permissions and scroll all the way to the bottom - there is a section about closing your account. Click on "close my store" and follow the prompts then your account will be closed and the billing will stop.

1. Log in as the store owner.
2. From the Shopify app, go to Store > Settings.
3. Under Store settings, tap Plan and permissions.
4. In the Store status section, tap Sell or close store.
5. Tap Close store.
In this way, you can close your store.
