Hello @LATOSHA, I hope you are doing well! here are some suggestions and feedback that you can work on:
- The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image- Collection List- Product Recommendations- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed.
- There is a lot of blank space in the header. There should be no blank space.
- Improve the footer menu.
- Add announcement bars or timers to promote your offers on the store.
- Reach your customers directly with the help of web push notifications. With the help of web push notifications, you can send price drop alerts and back in stock alerts. Notify your customers about new updates, offers, and rewards to bring back customers to your store.
- Add a referral program, it helps in increasing sales and creates brand awareness. You can ask your customers to refer a product to their friends and family. When the product is referred by some known, people tend to purchase the product. The referral program helps in increasing sales. You can give a reward for referring the product to someone.
- Add a discount pop up to entice customers to make them purchase from you.
