My Store becoming unavailable, while connecting with payment option.

Hello, I am new in Shopify. I wanted to start a Shopify store to sell pet related product (Toys and accessories), however, this is the second time during connecting with payment option it became unavailable.

I haven't got any reliable info from the support team, Please help me to know, what could be my next steps.
