While we do not offer a direct phone number, you can schedule a callback through our help centre by logging into your store. From there, you will need to type in your question/issue, then scroll down and select "contact support" to access the support methods if the listed help docs do not help. However; the callback support is only available based on volume, meaning that if we have a large number of callbacks to process then we'll temporarily disable the callback feature. In that case, we would recommend connecting with us via chat, or through Twitter or Facebook. In the event that you have issues accessing our help centre then I would recommend the following:

1. Clear cache/cookies, restart your browser and try again
2. Try Google Chrome Incognito mode
3. Try another browser

I have a issue and cant get anyone on the phone. i purchased the fashion store but they have the store under another name i didnt pick and i cant get into the store to disable password
