Please provide feedback for my store I reopened

Hello,

I recently reopened my store www.simplisticallyfaithfuldesigns.myshopify.com I generate pretty decent traffic on Facebook and Instagram. I get a lot of likes and some comments but not many sales. Most of my sales are from people that I know.  I have done Facebook and Instagram adds but that is getting quite costly. I will admit building the website is not easy for me so I know I have some work to do. Any feedback is appreciated.

I’ve gone through your store and found that there are quite a few things missing on your store which if added can really make a lot of difference to the user experience, conversion rate and your overall sales. Here is a page-by-page/sectional review of your site:

• Mobile Speed Need to Improve, Currently 35-40 . you need to improve website speed to make it more user-friendly for both device desktop and mobile. 
• Improve your logo and add favicon
• Header - Have a clear header bar to help users locate the products they're looking for. Example of Good Header
• Footer - Optimize your footer policy documents. Also check social profiles link
• Add Custom Slider with Call to Action - Make your site more visually appealing when you add your products in an interactive slider with prompt call to action.
• Highlight your USP - What's unique about you and your brand that none of the other Shopify merchants have? This needs to be highlighted in your store presentation, features & more.
• Human Touch : About you and your business - Highlight what makes you different and personalize your offerings when you write about your brand in a custom About Us section.Example of Nice Home page
• Banner adding on Collection page - Make your collection page stand out with interesting & creative collection banners. Example of Good Collection Page
• Add Product filter for easy navigation - Categorize & filter products by their size, colour or type so users find product to product navigation easy.Example of Ideal Product Page
• Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc. - Personalize your customer's shopping experience with these features on your cart page.

I visited your site and have the following feedback:

1. Placeholder for images: On homepage, I see only the placeholder for images but there are no images on it. This gives the customers a perception that the store is not being maintained well. Also, it prevents the customers to look for more product catalogs on the site.

2. Customized Carousel: The carousel on the landing page is a good idea, but the whole point of having this is to make sure that the customers like an image on the carousel and they can click on it and quickly reach to the product page, so that they can immediately make a purchase decision.

3. Alignment of Product Labels: I saw on your catalog page that you have been using product labels on your products. But these product labels are not aligned. Some of these are in middle of the image which is not the ideal position of these stickers.

I would recommend you to have a look at product labels and stickers from ModeMagic, that will help you attract more customers by communicating to them your messages such as sale,discounts,customer favorites,coming soon etc. on product images itself. You can also decide the position for your product labels on your product images. You also have an option for making your own stickers using "Make Custom Sticker".
