Using the Narrative Theme: I can't figure out how to change the menu and home button color.

I can't figure out how to change the color of the menu and home button on the narrative theme on the home page of my site. I can change everything else to the light blue but the green sticks around for some reason. What I have circled in red is what I am trying to change.

Anyone have any ideas?

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
