Hi! I need help here.

I have an Instagram account of 165K followers, and I can’t monetize it or have orders on my store.

Sticky header: keeping the header visible to customers will help them navigate through the store easier. Visitors won’t need to scroll up to top every time to find the main menu. You can show a full search bar instead of just a search icon, it is easier to find the search bar and find the products. 

Banner: the banner should be about your banner and products. You made the whole banner clickable but it is not noticeable to visitors.  A Click-to-Action button will be more attractive and more viewable, customers will know what to do when landing on your homepage.



Add-to-Cart button on the Product list: Customers can add the product to cart faster without going to the product page. But you will have to make sure that you show enough information about each product on the product list. 


Product page:

Product Images: You should improve the product images by taking pictures of the product on your pet. It can prove the origin and give users a better view of the product. Using the stock photos can make the product feel does not help improve the customer experience.

Color Swatches: Since your product has many different colors, you can consider adding the Color Swatch feature to your product page. It should improve the professionalism of your landing page, and also give users a better experience on the Product page.



Delivery date: you cannot miss this important information on your landing page. Many visitors will want to check this information before making a purchase. They may want to buy a gift for a date so the delivery date is such critical information.



Reviews: it is the first piece of information that most people will want to know when landing on the product page. This section can give users the “real” information, even be the most trustful source of information. 

Countdown timers: since the landing page from the instagram account are a product page, a countdown timer may urge and convince customers to make the purchase faster, a reasonable discount can help too in this situation.

I have inspected your store and here’s my report:

Your store looks really great, you did really well on the visuals of the store. I like the homepage and the flow. Furthermore, I visited the products and found that their descriptions are either copied or not unique. 

According to Google, if your products have common or copied descriptions your products will not rank high in the search rating sometimes they don’t even show up in the search results. 

Also about your product titles, they look very simple i.e. just the product name but a good product title should have all the essential qualities of the product in the title. And also they help in improving the overall SEO of your store. Take Amazon’s product titles for example they are informative and always show up on top in search results.

Lastly, I would like to talk about your store’s On-Page SEO rating which is really bad. If you wish to make your store more visible and reachable you should have a high SEO rating. Your SEO rating is a combined rating of how well your store will perform in search results higher the score higher the chances of being on the top result. You can improve it by making your Titles and Product description SEO optimized. Other than your product title and descriptions, the most important factor which affects your SEO rating is Meta Description, it's really important and most of the stores don't pay enough attention to it and then complain about the less traffic and conversions. 

Meta description and SEO rating vastly impact your store visibility on google and other possible interaction places. The meta description plays an important role in attracting the right kind of traffic ultimately resulting in better conversions.

I’d really suggest you try Descrii, they provide titles, descriptions, and meta descriptions for your products that’ll help your website to climb high in search rankings and ultimately gain more traffic and conversion.

Your blog will make you feel more credible and relatable, which will provide new clients with a greater sense of confidence in their purchases.

Try adding SEO related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well.

Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer.

The sale you have seems to be a nice deal, however, when you make such a big amount off it might devalue your product. People always need to know why you have made such sales, is it a seasonal sale? or is it because there is no demand for it? Does that mean the product is bad? 

Instead of giving a discount for nothing, give them rewards for completing certain actions on your store ex. for creating accounts, for leaving a review, for sharing your site, for spending money on your site. It is not difficult for a user to do and you will get so many actions on your site, and you are having discounts anyway.

Your store seems perfectly fine. If have to pick one thing on the homepage, I would say add a call to action button on the homepage banner. Other than that, I don't think so there is any other thing that needs to be improved majorly. The issue is lack of conversions, you already have great traffic as you said. I saw your social media accounts and see a reasonably good following in there too. The issue might be with your abandoned cart rate or users are not getting the value as compared to the costs involved. To tackle this, I would recommend the following steps.

1. Add a live chat widget to your website so that you can quickly and directly engage with your audience right there on the store. Welcome them and answer their concerns or questions.

2. Since your store has higher traffic so you must use this number as your advantage. So show the traffic numbers on your store or audience viewing your top products. To integrate this mechanism, you can try using Trafficly app. It's a free app that will help you in building your potential buyer's confidence.

3. Try adding Wheelify to your store, this will help you in cart abandonment as well as it will trigger an exit intent pop up to interact with your audience through a simple spin a sale game.
