I have ordered 6 set of kutic from shopify and I paid online.. They said within 2 days I will receive my order.. But 2 days over no response.. When I can get my orders

Which online store did you order from?

 

To clarify, Shopify is an ecommerce platform that many businesses use to manage their online store. We don't run the businesses themselves however, so we don't have a hand in the business' day-to-day operations. Because of this, buyers will need to speak with the store directly for any issues they have with their order.
 

I see you mentioned that you haven't had any updates from the store — how long has it been since you placed your order with them? Have you also tried contacting them via email, a phone call, or any of their social media pages? You can refer to this guide for more information about this.

 

If it's been quite a while since you placed your order, and you've exhausted all attempts in contacting the seller, it's time to contact your bank or card provider. Most banks have built-in security measures to protect you as a buyer, so they'll be able to provide you with the appropriate next steps. I can understand how disappointing it is though, when an online order doesn't turn up.
