Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi! I am getting traffic to my store, but no sales! Can you take a look and tell me what might be wrong?
Hi Dynamicunique,
This is Richard from PageFly - Landing Page Builder, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
HOME PAGE
1> Change to different logo typeface and color
A logo attracts attention, creates a positive first impression, establishes your brand identity, is memorable, distinguishes you from the competition, encourages brand loyalty, and is expected by your target market.
Your logo's color currently blends into the background. To make your logo stand out more, we recommend switching to a different background color and a thicker typeface.
2> Add more Add to cart buttons
The Add to Cart button is the most critical thing we recommend you include. Users will be able to fill up their shopping carts in one session and then complete the purchase transaction without entering the product page. It will undoubtedly increase your conversion.
3> Add more sections to your home page
You may also add the following sections to your Home Page to increase conversions:
4> Include direct links in the footer to the "Return Policy".
Can the item be returned? was a common query from test participants regarding return policies and practices while making an online purchase. Do I have to foot the bill for return shipping? How much time do I have to return something? Does the shipment time count toward that deadline? The answers to these questions are frequently crucial to a user's purchasing choice because they must have faith in their ability to return the goods if there is a problem and be reassured that the return process will be easy and uncomplicated.
PRODUCT PAGE
1> Invest in bespoke images
Some of the product images are not in good resolution. Great photography would clearly matter much more in visually-driven industries like fashion, where product aesthetics play a big role in the purchasing decision.
2> Avoid having negative space
Currently, there are a lot of blank spaces on the left side and below the product description. If you use too much negative space, it overwhelms and distracts from your positive space. Your web design focus isn't clear, your audience is distracted, and it will affect sales
3> Add recently-viewed section
You might consider giving all users (including those who aren't signed in) access to a history-based recently viewed things list, and allowing them to change it.
For a variety of reasons, users may desire to revisit previously seen content.
For example, throughout both mobile and desktop testing, people frequently wanted to return to a product they'd seen before simply to reevaluate it after having looked at and rejected other options. Users will become bored and dissatisfied if it is too difficult to refind previously viewed things, and they may decide not to buy anything at all.
Hope it helps and happy selling!
Warm regards,
Richard | PageFly

@dynamicunique I’ve gotten a good view at your store and here are a few suggestions I have been able to come up with to help you out.
1) Only the Facebook and Instagram accounts seem to be linked on the homepage, this needs to be worked on because I strongly believe you could get better links and follows from a linked Tik Tok and Twitter page so both should be added.
2) When a store is generating traffic but not enough sales like you are, it means that the customers are not getting that little extra nudge to push them into buying products on the store. One major way to change this is to provide some sort of reward packages for customers who patronize you. Given the current situation of having no sales, I guess your priority should be with new customers and this is where the Seal Subscriptions App comes in handy. This app would allow you to set special subscriptions for first time shoppers in your store and this could most likely bind them into coming back for more in your store. Try the app freely here https://apps.shopify.com/seal-subscriptions

Check your store with the Page insight tool to get the score. because the low mobile score can kill the website traffic and lose revenue. optimizing a Shopify site for high page load speed is a major priority.
Google Search Console :
Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then it's good to see, google is indexing and the user will reach you easily. Unless your store is completely invisible.
If you are not using the Google Search Console yet, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.
You need to focus on the following points........
