Why am I struggling to increase sales on my website?

Having a hard time with sales or getting any tried everything any feedback would be appreciated sometimes I think it’s just not worth it anymore.

1. Header tab:

- Make your header sticky to allow customers easily access to any information that they want.

- Try to set your pictures in the same line and same size to have better visualization.

Add testimonials to your site to build your brand trust and increase the chance of likelihood to purchase. You can use 3rd- party app to import reviews to your site. 

 

4. Pagespeed insights:

Your site speed works well on desktop version but not really good on mobile version, maybe your theme not responsive to mobile, you can consider to change it to other theme, or optimize the picture size, remove unnecessary code or apps to improve your site speed.

1. Reduce the hero banner height

Although your hero banner appears impressive and of excellent quality, it has a considerable height that requires visitors to scroll all the long way down to access the CTA and explore further, which may present a usability issue.

2. Add more information to announcement bar

It can be seen that your announcement bar has only welcome message. You can consider adding more information about discounts or any promotion campaign of a store.

4. Item Alignment

The product lists are not well - aligned with each other since some product media have longer height than others.

Try not to answer PMs like that. Because selling your design services isn't really allowed on the forums, people will try to skirt around the rule and sell to you in your messages.

 

I have some suggestions for your store though, after taking a look:

  1. Your header menu only has "Home" and "Catalog". Try adding more categories so people will be enticed to see your items. You could link to collections like "Hats", "Shirts", "Stickers", etc.
  2. I got a popup on your store advertising lightbulbs in the bottom right corner, for some reason. Please check your store to make sure you haven't linked any unwanted apps, or if you have promotional popups, that they are only for products that Shopify store sells.
  3. On your collections page, some items have different dimensions, so the list seems a little wonky (but that's a minimal design thing, not necessarily a problem).
  4. Your Shopify Chat app doesn't have any pre-filled instant answers. If people have questions, they can use those instant answers to potentially get them answered.
  5. Under "Our mission" on your footer, you still have the default text.
  6. On your product page, at "Materials", "Shipping and Returns", "Dimensions", and "Care Instructions" don't have any information under them, at least for the item I was looking at.
  7. You have an "Image with text" block on your product page that is blank, and also with poor contrast (white on white)
  8. Your free shipping and hassle-free exchanges blocks on the product page still have the default text.
  9. "You may also like" links to unrelated products on different websites. This seems sketchy imo and could be off-putting to customers.
  10. Your homepage main image is really big, and you have to scroll down to see any products. You could try making it smaller.
