Hello @Moin787,

Good day! Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

If you're encountering difficulties while attempting to change the currency of your Shopify store from USD to INR and are prompted to contact the Shopify Community, there are a few possible explanations for this problem. Here are some steps you can take.

-> One possibility is that you haven't met the requirements to sell in INR. To sell in INR, you need to have a valid Indian GSTIN number and a bank account in India. If you don't have these, you'll need to contact Shopify Support to change your store currency.

-> Ensure that your store meets the requirements for using INR as its currency. Certain payment gateways may not support specific currencies, so it's crucial to confirm that INR is available as an option for your store.

-> It's also possible that you're attempting to modify the currency during an ongoing billing cycle. In such cases, it's necessary to wait until any outstanding invoices are settled before making currency changes.

-> During the initial setup of your Shopify store, the currency is determined based on the store's location. If you initially set up your store with a location that doesn't support INR, changing the currency might prove challenging. In such cases, you may need to create a new store with India as the location and set the currency as INR during the setup process.

-> If you have followed the above steps and are still unable to change the currency, it is advisable to directly contact Shopify's customer support team. They possess the necessary tools and expertise to assist you with this specific issue and offer the best possible solution.

-> To reach out to Shopify support, log in to your Shopify admin dashboard, visit the Help Center, and locate the option to contact support.

I trust this will be of benefit to you.

Gina
