Why can't my family find my launched online store?

• I have finished all sections and launched my store but when family goes to find it the page says it can not open at this time. I do not understand this

Now, from what you have described, it sounds like your store still has the password-protected page. If visitors are being asked to enter a password to view the website, then this is likely what's happening. I suggest trying to disable the password-protected page to see if it fixes the problem. We have a guide on doing that on this page.

If you find that your password-protected page is already disabled, the problem must be caused by something else. If this is the case, can you please share a screenshot of the page you described and the page that's preventing anyone from visiting your store? I'll investigate the issue then.

Since you just launched, you may not have gotten your first sale yet, especially your first order that's not made by anyone within your circle. I guest the issue is coming from your domain. Please check your domain that you added to your store.

Thanks for sharing your domain, @Spragg! I had a look and I found that the store you shared doesn't seem to exist. You may be entering an incorrect URL. Could you please head over to Settings > Domains in your admin to check what your domain is?

Also, I'd like to mention you may want to consider buying a custom domain. I highly recommend doing so as it's pretty much essential for every online store. A custom domain is a key element for a credible and trustworthy website. If you haven't gotten one yet, you can get your own domain by following the steps on this page. Also, I recommend reaching out to Shopify's support team and they will be able to investigate the issue and help you restore access to your store.
