Why haven't I received tracking info for my recent kurtis order?

I recently ordered kurtis and my money is deducted also. I received an email too. But I didn't get the information of when would I receive it. I kept on mailing them asking for details but I didn't get anything from them.

I appreciate the context that you have provided as that is very helpful! As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not mange or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, since you have specified that you are experiencing issues with contacting the business, I would suggest speaking with your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase) and bring this to their attention. They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online purchase.
