Why is my online store getting visitors but not making sales?

Hello everyone, It's been over two months since I opened my store and it's been getting visitors but no sales. I am hoping you could provide me with feedback that could help me with getting sales.

You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.

 

Here are some recommendations:


Header:

1.Wishlist Missing.

2. Social media Icon missing.

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.

 1.Add text and description on the page banner to make it more attractive.

3. Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly 

4.Add Meta Description for all Products.

5.Add Trust Badges on Your Home Page

6.Avoid extra-large images on the home page as it reduces speed and increases the scroll time.

7. If Possible, add Instagram Feed on Home page.
8. Add Sticky Cart Icon on Home Page.

9.Footer must be compact and informative and should contain all the important links like - About us, Our Story, Contact, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Services, FAQ.

Collection and Product Page:
- Add Product Review on Collection Pages
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout.

- Reduce the font size for the description as it increases the scroll time.

- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping.
- Add Mouseover on 2nd image Features

1. Hero section should have heading/subheading

2. You should divide the product section based on the product type

 

For example: Clothes, Jewelry, Bag or For Men, For Women

3. You should add a product option selector

 

With which customers can check all the variants and make decision easier

4. This section is too big. It makes a visitor like me cannot see the whole picture of the product. Try to make it smaller, feasible to capture the whole picture

5. Add product benefit section

6. Have an FAQ page

I notice that you haven't had any FAQ page (a page that contain frequently asked questions like Shipping policy, Return policy, ...). 

 

These questions are really important cause they make customers feel safe and more ready to buy from an online store. 

 

=> You can create a FAQ page or a Help Center for this 

=> To address this, I suggest exploring MooseDesk, a free FAQ builder (with premade templates ready), and helpdesk app.

7. Have a support widget

 

So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience.

 

Currently your store has not had such thing and it might be a pain point in shopping online cause there's nowhere to ask and receiver answer. It might look like this:
