Active Products revert to Draft & Tags Removed

We have had active products return to draft on their own. Has anyone seen this issue?

Tags sometimes disappear, even though it was a Sync of multiple products. 

Only 1 out of a batch may loose the tags inserted in Apparel Magic before Sync. 

After adding images and adding more tags, it still happens when returning to a product that additional images, inventory and copy has been added. The tags sometimes go missing. 

I noticed 1 time it happened after using a PreOrder Manager App but not sure if it was caused by the App. 

Has anyone noticed these type of behaviors on Shopify.
