Adding bookmark links on CTA buttons to take customer to foot of page products

We have a new page.details page using OOTS' Turbo theme, and the old-school way of using HTML 5.0 (which is actually deprecated anyway) for <a name></a> is working for 2/4 buttons.

Does anyone have a recommended solution that would work on all 4 "Buy now" buttons so that it scrolls to foot of page to the collection of 2 items ie. the 10 and 20G products?
