Liquid, JavaScript, themes, sales channels
Hi,
I'd like to change my bullet points to ticks in the color #5BC8AC on a page in the Debutify theme. Any ideas what code I need to put in and where?
Code on the page currently reads:
<div style="text-align: right;"><img src="https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0507/8132/3426/files/Photo_Guidelines_480x480.png?v=1614826352" width="446" height="446" style="margin-left: 3px; float: right;" /></div>
<p> </p>
<p><span>Not sure how to truly capture your furry friend’s unique personality? </span></p>
<p>Follow these tips to take the pawfect photo!</p>
<p>If you can’t follow these steps exactly, don’t sweat! When we receive your order, we’ll do a happy dance, and then check your photos to make sure they meet our standards. We’ll let you know if they don’t, and help you choose a better one.</p>
<ul>
<li>Snuggle up to your fur baby - close ups are best.</li>
<li>Gaze into their eyes - take your photo at eye level with your pet.</li>
<li>Don’t stun your pet with a flash - take your photo in natural daylight.</li>
<li>Keep it original - upload the original photo of your pet, rather than a screenshot or a photo of a photo.</li>
<li>Tempt them with a treat if you have to - try to get your pet to sit or stay still, so there's no blur.</li>
<li>Get all the floppy bits - make sure long ears aren’t out of the frame.</li>
</ul>
<ul></ul>
<ul></ul>
Thanks!

I'd like to replace these round bullet points in the first image with a tick/check bullet point shown in the 2nd image. Does that make sense?
Your website has security of not opening inspect. Please remove that security.
Hi @EmmaK.
You can check on this demo to solve your problem: https://jsfiddle.net/EvanPham/e8wnmxLf/3/
Hope this helps!
Thanks @LitExtension. Sorry to be a complete idiot, but where do I paste the CSS code? I tried pasting it into the end of the page.liquid template but didn't have any luck. This is my first time trying to figure out code!
Hi @EmmaK,
Please follow these steps:
1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes -> Select your theme.
2. Click Actions > Edit code.
3. Find the file name “theme.scss.liquid” so you can add your style to this file (the code mentioned above).
Take a quick look at our screenshot: https://prnt.sc/10k5phm
In case it's still not working, so please opening inspect the security of a page. We can check it for you.
Hope this helps!
