Can anyone share experiences with effective customer service chats?

anyone have luck talking to a real person that understands english? every person on chat is an absolute moron and doent know anything about the most basic stuff on the site. ive been spending hours over 2 days now and have gotten nowhere. every little thing i try to do doesnt work like it should and they have no answers as to why. example im trying to remove the free shippin banner a the top of my page and no one knows what im talking about. its insane how stupid these people are

lol im not giving out my password in public. shouldnt there be an easy way to just click on something to remove or edit the free shipping banner at the top of the page?

I'm asking for your website URL and if your website front end is password protected and you can't share it in public then you can share with me in private messages.
