We are sport events company and we are working with Zoho CRM. We have event directors whom we are reporting to. Is that possible for them to login in our Shopify website to see How many events we have done with them, how many sales we have done per event, and so forth like a kind of report in the graph.
To do this you would have to add the directors as staff in your Shopify Admin. Then you could limit their access to just see the Reports section.
Alternatively, our Report Toaster app can help. You could create a custom report for your directors and then use our shared link feature to share the report with them, kind of like a google doc. If you need help our support team can help you get setup.
