Can I fully move my website and webshop to Shopify without losses?

Hello Everyone!

I am considering moving my website + webshop to Shopify, to have more more open sourced access.
I will need to be able to edit my order confirmation-mails, integrate ERP-Systems and delivery-options from Shipmondo(.dk) and integrate Trustpilots AFS-system.
Are all of these possible via Shopify? 

Furthermore: Can I completely transfer my website to Shopify, without any losses? (Webshop, and website layout)
