Can multiple domains linked to different locations share SEO authority?

Hello everyone, today I'm using Shopify Markets and have 9 domains connected to 9 different locations. I have some questions regarding domains and best practices. I've noticed that if I add "Shopify.com" as an example, Shopify.com gets added along with www.shopify.com, where Shopify.com is added to my market, but the www extension redirects to my main domain. So far, I've removed the www extension so that there's no redirect to my main domain. Is this the best practice? And do you know how I can link the domains together in a way that they share authority, backlinks, etc.?
