Can't access Summer 2023 updates on Shopify Plus, is my theme incompatible?

We have watched the release of the Summer 2023 updates to shopify and want to start implementing some updates but don't have access on our shopify store - can you advise if our theme is not compatable. We are on shopify plus but dont have store editor or some of the other features.  thank you
