Can't connect to eBay

I suddenly can't connect from my Shopify home to my eBay account, though I had no trouble yesterday or the day before. What am I missing?

Thank you so much I’ve been trying everything including switching browsers it was a pain. At first I couldn’t find what you meant then accidentally found it. Oh god it worked.

Hi there did you fix it through the shopify account or through ebay? I am struggling to find the preferences/privacy on both platforms
