Custom CSS To resize my landing's page spacer height

I want to make a portion of my landing page to its normal resolution

The resolution of the image is 1920x252 ( 7.62:1 )

My site currently shows it in a weird aspect ratio, and I'd like to have that fixed.

If anyone could help, greatly appreciate it.

The spacer is in a red triangle with arrows pointing at it.
