Debut Theme Double Click Button on mobile

I’m having an issue with my website. I have the debut theme and on mobile devices, my navigation buttons are requiring a double tap. If a customer only taps one time, it takes them to the top of the page. They then have to scroll back down and tap the button again in order for them to be directed to my products page. Is there a way to remove this double click via Coding?

Please share:
- your store URL;
- page URL with the issue you mention;
- storefront password (if your store has one).
