Does a Shopify expert have more backend access?

I just want to know if a Shopify Expert has greater access to an account regarding the backend to fix things, etc.  I am not looking for an Expert right now; I just want to know if their access level is different.

With regards to your inquiry, Shopify Experts do not have greater access to your account or any other information for that matter. They are simply experts in certain parts of the platform who can help you in whatever it is that you may need regarding your Shopify store. 

You are able to collaborate with them and provide your store information and from there, they can act accordingly. Working with an expert can simply mean sifting through the Expert Marketplace or you can also create your own job posting.

Thank you for your reply.  Trying to achieve much better page speeds, I thought that Shopify would be no different from other platforms I have used, but it is when you have no backend access.  Now that I know that Experts have no greater access than I have, I need to figure out why the page speeds we see are not great.
