Facebook Shop - cant get the new shop. Error code Unavailable in your region. But i am in the USA!

Can  anyone advise me how to get shopify to see that I am a USA company? I am currrently travelling  overeas but that shouldnt prevent me from setting it up. Shopify says facebook  has to resolve it but its a Shopify error code and nont sure how to tackle this with Facebook.
