How can I access the Activity object using GraphQL API?

Has anyone successfully used the GraphQL api to pull in shop activity? I see this common object https://shopify.dev/docs/admin-api/graphql/reference/common-objects/activity but I can't figure out how to access it. An example query would be super helpful. Looking to pull in an activity log like at /admin/activity. 

If there is a better way to get this info would love to know!
