You can add POS app only staff if you are on the Shopify POS pro plan. To do so, you can follow the instructions in our help center.

i am already pro plan i make step by step to add staff and the problem is when i log in as a staff in pos its says  we were unable to authenticate you .. you must confirm your acc before logging in visit your email to accept your inv. .. i tried it from many acc many apps and its same i didn't receive any emails

You will need to confirm your account via email first before logging in. Have you checked your spam folder? I would also double check the email you entered t ensure there are no spelling errors.
