1. Understand generally the performance scoring

2. Use other tools to measure 

You can consider other tools such as WebPage Test; Chrome DevTools; Mobile-Friendly Test 

3. Optimize image loading times

For MacOS, you can use the ImageOptim; for the Window OS, you can use the PNGGaunlet

4. Convert images to the next-gen format

5. Minify files

You should reduce page load is to minimize HTML, CSS and JavaScript files:

• To minify CSS files, you can use CSS Minifier.
• To minify JavaScript files, you can use JavaScript Minifier.
• If you site runs on WordPress, you can use the WP Rocket plugin 

6. Defer unused CSS

Prioritize above-the-fold content (Lazy load) When using the Lazy load, customers don't have to wait to access the page and the images load as they come into view.

You can use the Lazyload plugin or PageFly - page builder not only helps you to build responsive pages but also provides the Lazyload function as well.

Above are my recommendations for your store and it's really important to customize attractive and unique pages to increase conversion rate.

We used to have a Debut theme developed by Shopify, and in the middle of last September we bought a Streamline theme in order to optimize the store. Our main goal is to maximize conversion rate through a flexible and faster site. Until now, we completely failed with our objectives. 

Our concern is mainly to improve Page Speed, so therefore we can increase conversion rate.

We used Google PageSpeed Insights to track EcoBasics page speed, and we noticed a worst performance since we installed the new theme. Even, we deleted some Apps that were impacting the speed (ex. Multipixel, Sticky AddToCart). Likewise, we detected two error in Javascript that we did not experience before (related to FB pixel):

You need to work on your website performance’s speed. Low mobile page speed may kill your traffic and affect your conversion.

In order to Improve website speed we need to:
- Remove unnecessary code on a high priority basis.

You can improve store speed by compiling the landing page. Make sure your images must be of less size and perfect for your store. It will surely help you.
