How can I create an order with a local pickup location using API?

Hi,

I'm trying to create an order using the api (REST admin/Graphql) with a local pickup, but am not able to. I don't see any documentation on how to specific that this is a local pickup order. I'm able to see which locations support pickup using https://shopify.dev/changelog/introducing-the-local-pickup-api, but also want a way to create orders.

I can do this through the store UI where I get to pick a pickup option in cases when the item is stocked in a location that allows local pickup. But no luck through api.

Would appreciate any help!
