How can I customize my Shopify theme settings without coding?

Hello everyone,

I just started using Shopify, i thought online store page/theme/menu management supposed to be easy without any coding required but it seems i need to write codes in order to move/resize buttons and texts. 

Example: Heading in Image Banner. Buttons inside Image Banner.

Is there a way to use the customization tools without coding knowledge?
