I noticed my website speed is getting worst even after deleting apps and reformatting photos. I see many people on fiver offer a service to increase the speed BUT some people state that Shopify does not recognize the speed increase even other platforms do. How can I improve my sites speed and Shopify recognize it. My store is www.realblackpain.com

Thank You for your reply, but I’m a bit confused. Shopify indicates it’s speed is 31 out of 100, I’m I missing something?
Hi there,
As per checking, your speed performance is now around 46/100 for mobile
I've found 2 main problems that affect negatively the speed performance.
1. Improper-sized images
* Solution: Each image has a different div, you need to optimize to render the image at the right size without losing the image's quality
2. Unused Javascript from third-party apps which are from Facebook, Google Tag Manager, etc * Solution:
To resolve this, you have 2 suggested options:
1. You should review your app list and delete unused apps or
2. Optimized the scripts of apps without losing their functionalities.

Improving the speed of your Shopify site can have a positive impact on your user experience, search engine rankings, and conversion rates. Here are a few steps you can take to improve your site's speed and ensure that Shopify recognizes it:
Choose a fast and reliable theme: The theme you choose can have a significant impact on your site's speed. Choose a theme that is optimized for performance and has a clean code.
Optimize images: Images can slow down your site's loading speed. Optimize your images by compressing them and reducing their size before uploading them to your site.
Use a content delivery network (CDN): A CDN can help improve your site's speed by distributing your content across multiple servers worldwide, making it faster for users to access your site.
Minimize HTTP requests: Reduce the number of HTTP requests on your site by combining multiple files into one, removing unnecessary plugins, and minimizing the use of external scripts.
Enable browser caching: Browser caching allows your site's files to be stored on the user's computer, making it faster to load the next time they visit your site.
Optimize your site's code: Optimize your site's code by removing any unnecessary code, minifying your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files, and optimizing your site's database.
Use a performance testing tool: Use Speed performance tools like websitespeedy, Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix to identify the issues that are slowing down your site's loading speed and get recommendations on how to fix them.
By implementing these steps, you can improve your site's speed and ensure that Shopify recognizes it. Remember that site speed is an ongoing process, so continue to monitor your site's performance and make improvements as needed.
