How can I fix a payment processing issue with Stripe?

hey i need help, i thought i got my first customer but as it turns out there is a problem with payment processing and i have no clue how to solve it. i have the test mode diabled and im using stripe for my payments 

after i try to do the payment appears a message saying:"There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method."
