How can I improve FCP and LCP on my website?

Hi, I have a site, it has First Contentful Paint (FCP) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP). (Screenshot attached)
Is there any developer knows how can I fix this? Thanks!

This isn't a Shopify site you are sharing

1.
FCP is improved by not having any render blocking resources, and if there are any, they should be 100% connect to what you have above the fold and not have anything non critical in them

2.
LCP is improved by not having any delay to the LCP content being loaded, in your case it's text, so improving FCP will improve FCP in tandem

2. Eliminate Render-Blocking Resources.
3. Generate Critical Path CSS and Inline It.
4. Avoid Script-Based Elements Above-the-Fold.
5. Avoid Lazy Loading Above-the-Fold Images.
6. Inline essential images.
7. Optimize Your Site's DOM Size.
