Yes tried a lot of things like resizing, lazy loads etc. still speed is not improving.

Hello, I just took a look at your website, the website does not actually fully enable lazy loading of images, only some modules are enabled. You can open chrome, disable Javascript, and you can see the actual image loading. The noscript tag in many places is not a string, but a complete node, and the actual pictures are loaded.
