Yes tried a lot of things like resizing, lazy loads etc. still speed is not improving.

It's a quite nice workaround regarding bounce rates, store design and branding, there is as well the TurboMode feature, take a look if you wish, it's specially made for problems such as yours.

Hello, I just took a look at your website, the website does not actually fully enable lazy loading of images, only some modules are enabled. You can open chrome, disable Javascript, and you can see the actual image loading. The noscript tag in many places is not a string, but a complete node, and the actual pictures are loaded.
