Hello,
We are working with another separate company who also has a Shopify store, where we drop ship certain products of ours to their customers.
The orders arrive via email from the company not customer.
So to streamline and avoid errors (not seeing an email). We would like to link these certain products from our inventory to their online store and receive any orders through our Shopify store.
I take it this would be a kind of drop shipping set up, could someone please give some advice on how to set this up?
Thanks
Ian

If you have to manage this through email because you cannot manage that other store then you will need a nonshopify solution that can integrate with your email provider to activate on and parse those emails.
If you can install and manage apps on both stores use an automation app like usemechanic
https://docs.usemechanic.com/article/325-the-anatomy-of-a-store-to-store-sync
Or an external lowcode service like zapier or integromat to wire the two stores together.
