How can I map search keywords to custom URLs?

I'm looking for something to do this: 

• User searchs a term: "Amazing Beans"
• Search returns or redirects to "/pages/beans#amazing"

I've seen this before on other platforms called something similar to "freetext keyword search". It boils down to a table with a search term and the destination URL that term points to.  It doesn't seem to be a feature in any search apps in the app store.
