How can I recover from a Google merchant suspension?

I’ve been suspended from Google merchant for 3 weeks now. From a phone call, our website wasn’t viewable from their servers. We done absolutely every we could to fix the issue, but without being able to call, we requested the review with faith. That just failed. We are now suspended for 3 weeks. After the initial 3 weeks hold up. 


80% of our revenue was expected from Google. It’s a new store, could I just start a whole new store under a slightly different name, same branding and create a new merchant account?


the problem is with my store so I think it’s the only way? I’m just worried they’ll see it as fraud or misleading.

What is the suspension reason? Go to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics > click on the account issues tab.
